Missing the Hogans

I don't know if Hogan Knows Best will ever have another season. One of my favorite families in the world of reality TV has suffered two tragedies in the past year -- a car crash and a divorce. The family will never be the same again.

Because I watched the reruns of the show, I was able to watch many episodes of Hogan Knows Best in one sitting. I was kind of impressed of the way Terry (Hulk Hogan) and Linda bring up their children, Brooke and Nick. They are very close and very strong as a family unit. That's as far as I saw on TV. I don't know what goes on behind the camera.

I admire Brooke for knowing what she wants and pursuing it. She wants to be a singer and the whole family is supportive of her. I'm just puzzled that as popular she is --with a famous father and famous last name -- I've never heard her song play on radio or TV (like the music channel). I had to go to VH1 website just so I can listen to her song in full.

I was shocked to learn of the divorce. I thought the couple already patched up their differences. Terry is in love with Linda as evidenced by the circumstances in the show. But apparently, Linda has some issues. Well, I hope the best for both of them.
