Yesterday was the opening season for Major League Baseball and the whole family watched the opening game day of the Cubs at WGN.
It was a great game. It was zero-zero until the ninth inning. Milwaukee scored three at the top of the ninth and Chicago tied it up with a three home run. It went to the tenth inning, much to the excitement of the fans at Wrigley Field. But in the end, the Brewers won with a score of 4-3.
This June, I am going to my first baseball game -- that would be the Cubs versus the Tampa Bay Devil Rays. The American team versus the National Team. It would be a first for me. I'm sure it will be fun.
About TVmomma:
I created this blog a few years back when I used to watch television 14 hours a day. I was getting highly-opinionated with what I see on TV and I wanted to spare my husband from my rantings so I thought of blogging about them instead.
I have called TV as my amusement park -- right in my own home. But now, things have changed and my TV viewing has been limited. I still post on this blog but only when I felt so strongly about what I've seen, and when I have the time.
For reprint and for anything else, please leave a message on the comment area. Thank you.
